Rooted in a Lifetime Outdoors

My connection to the outdoors began early—very early. At just four years old, I was introduced to camping and hiking in New Hampshire’s White Mountains alongside my parents, brother, and cousins. Those early trips planted something lasting: a love for the woods, the trails, and the sense of togetherness that only time outside can create.

Over the decades that followed, that spark turned into experience—countless hikes, weekend campouts, and lessons learned the hard way about weather, weight, space, and preparation. Eventually, those experiences came full circle as I found myself sharing the same trails, campfires, and discoveries with my own wife and children.

Built From Real Family Experience

As our family grew, so did the realities of packing for multi-day camping trips—balancing space, weight, comfort, and practicality. I learned firsthand the importance of choosing gear that’s lightweight, portable, and intuitive enough for anyone to use, from seasoned hikers to kids discovering their very first campfire.

Everbound Outdoors was created to reflect that evolution—from a child learning the outdoors with family, to a parent wanting to pass that knowledge and joy forward.
